They had their “installation pro” come out and offer to do the job. The estimate he provided was a bit lower than I had gotten from other companies so I decided to move forward. After 3 days of working, his van broke down and went unseen for over 3 weeks until I offered to take time from my work day to give him a ride to and from my house to get work done. This resulted in having to move cabinet delivery, appliances, etc needing to be postponed until the point I was told I couldn’t push deliveries out anymore. After a lack of work being completed and no end in sight, I had to terminate the contract and find someone else to complete the job correctly. I thought I had gone about this the right way by getting a “reputable” business off Home Advisor and thought that there would be some kind of process to check into the people they send to someone’s house to make sure the job is being completed and if not, find someone who can. I’m not trying to smear the business or the person themselves, just being honest about my experience in hopes someone else doesn’t have to deal with what I have.
