Great follow up from time of my order I was informed of what to expect . Wonderful customer service.

Dean was very knowledgeable and helpful. Blinds came in quickly and installed shortly after arrival.

Dean did an exceptional job to remove 28 sets of blinds we needed removed before new windows were installed. He responded quickly to the request for a quote, had a great price and was able to meet our deadline (he responded on a Sunday and we needed the blinds removed no later than Wednesday). His attention to detail and walking me through what he was needed to do was great. Would hire him and his company again!

I bought a new house that needed some blinds or shades installed and/or replaced. The empty windows were priority. I absolutely love my blinds and shades! They are beautiful and offer just the right amount of options for letting light in or keeping light out. Dean is so courteous and professional. He kept in touch throughout my decision process and kept me updated throughout the ordering/shipping process. I will definitely be using Catawba Window Fashions when I decide to replace the other existing shades.

Dean performed a complete and thorough assessment of the job prior to job quote. The time from consultation to installation was appropriate based on factory delivery availability. Installation was quick and clean and product is super easy to use!
