I had a clogged basement bathroom drain that another company was unable to fully resolve. I called 123 Sewer & Drain, and Mohamed came out on a Sunday morning. He accessed the line from the basement toilet flange and found multiple clogs that had not been fully cleared. What stood out was his thoroughness. He kept working until the line was fully cleared, then tested everything multiple times. He left the cleanout open and had me run all upstairs faucets and flush toilets to confirm that water was flowing properly to the sewer before wrapping up. Everything was done the right way — no shortcuts and no upselling, just a straightforward and professional approach. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes the time to do the job right and makes sure everything is fully working before leaving. The issue has been completely resolved. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend their services.

Moe from 123 Sewer and Drain is a great plumber. He showed up at the time he said he would. He assessed the problem which was a clogged 4"cast iron main pipe and charged a fair price. On top of being a great plumber, Moe is really nice guy. While he was unclogging the drain we talked a bit about some of the recent life challenges I'm facing. He was great and explained what he was doing. Since I’ve snaked my drain on the past I was aware of his expertise. The clog was too far for me to do if I rented a snake. I will recommend him to friends and family if they need drain work.

Mo is a very cool guy. Very polite. Great quality of work. Very knowledgeable about his field. Took his time to assess the problem and fixed the issue. He performed tests to ensure the problem was fixed or if there was any other issues that may need to be addressed now or in the future. It was a pleasant experience with him overall.

Mo arrived quickly when called at midnight to help fix a sewer drain pipe backup. He charged a reasonable price for great service.

Mo was phenomenal. We had a main line clog that occurred on Sunday morning. Called Mo, he came within an hour. Upon assessment, the job was harder than originally thought but he figured out solutions and solved the problem and unclogged the mainline. He gave recommendations about precautions to take to prevent it in the future. Truly couldn’t have asked for better service. Mo was a lifesaver!!
