The contract person was very personable and knowledgeable. The install team worked well together...they've done this before! They came on time, set up, did the work and cleaned up afterwards. Very professional and friendly. I recommend them to any one.

Good at installing fast a $10,000 HVAC system but when I got a leak coming from my HVAC 5 months later (and asked them to come back) they never showed up. Called them several times and do not respond to the phone. When I finally got them in the phone and got an appointment, they did not show up. Lost half a day of work thanks to them. Very poor work ethic. Avoid at all cost.

Nick did an excellent job explaining the problem with our electrical system. He was very thorough and professional. We decided to sign up for the company 3 year servicing plan because we were so happy with the service. I highly recommend this company for any electrical, heating, A/C, and plumbing services. Great experience!!

128 Plumbing & Heating has been a complete disappointment. They have an AVERAGE rating of 3.5 stars since 2009, but their ratings have trended down considerably in the last 24 months. My boiler control unit malfunctioned this past April and I called 128 in a pinch. Their tech (nice guy) convinced me that I needed a new expansion tank as well and also sold me a 3 year maintenance plan. To date, all this relationship has provided is sub-par work and customer service at a highly inflated price. Last week, my boiler began leaking water out of various components. I suspected the *new* expansion tank and called 128 to get someone out. After being told I would receive a call back to book a service call, I ended up needing to call them repeatedly to finally book an appointment for a week later. When I told them that I suspected it was their work causing the problem, and asked if this was the type of issue that could rapidly get worse or damage the system over the week I'd be waiting for them, I was told that they would try to have someone from the technical team call me and maybe accelerate my appointment, but couldn't make any promises. No call back. When the leaks became more intense, I called a local plumber to fix the system instead of being jerked around by the phone / appointment team at 128. The problem turned out to be the expansion tank. When I called to let them know I wouldn't be needing them to come out and that I was disappointed that a component they installed less than a year ago failed, they were apologetic and said I would receive a call from a supervisor to discuss the issue - I did not receive a call back. I called them 48 hours later (while sitting on this review), spoke with another apologetic person on the phone team, but still haven't received a call back to find a workable remedy. To date, I'd say that they've called me back only about 10% of the times that they said they would. Save yourself time and money by hiring a local plumbing / HVAC professional whose name is on the side of their truck.
