128 Plumbing & Heating has been a complete disappointment. They have an AVERAGE rating of 3.5 stars since 2009, but their ratings have trended down considerably in the last 24 months. My boiler control unit malfunctioned this past April and I called 128 in a pinch. Their tech (nice guy) convinced me that I needed a new expansion tank as well and also sold me a 3 year maintenance plan. To date, all this relationship has provided is sub-par work and customer service at a highly inflated price. Last week, my boiler began leaking water out of various components. I suspected the *new* expansion tank and called 128 to get someone out. After being told I would receive a call back to book a service call, I ended up needing to call them repeatedly to finally book an appointment for a week later. When I told them that I suspected it was their work causing the problem, and asked if this was the type of issue that could rapidly get worse or damage the system over the week I'd be waiting for them, I was told that they would try to have someone from the technical team call me and maybe accelerate my appointment, but couldn't make any promises. No call back. When the leaks became more intense, I called a local plumber to fix the system instead of being jerked around by the phone / appointment team at 128. The problem turned out to be the expansion tank. When I called to let them know I wouldn't be needing them to come out and that I was disappointed that a component they installed less than a year ago failed, they were apologetic and said I would receive a call from a supervisor to discuss the issue - I did not receive a call back. I called them 48 hours later (while sitting on this review), spoke with another apologetic person on the phone team, but still haven't received a call back to find a workable remedy. To date, I'd say that they've called me back only about 10% of the times that they said they would. Save yourself time and money by hiring a local plumbing / HVAC professional whose name is on the side of their truck.

Craig and his team were fabulous! They were prompt, courteous, fastidious, and finished my HVAC complete replacement project ahead of schedule. I thoroughly recommend him/them! Five stars all the way around!!!

Wayne and Mike were great. They were super professional and knowledgeable. They installed a duct-less A/C system over 2 floors in way less time than was originally estimated.

Wayne and 128 were outstanding through the entire process. I greatly appreciated Wayne's attention to detail, walking me through process from start to finish, and treating our home with care. I highly recommend Wayne and 128 and look forward to using them for future projects. My ductless mini split system is top notch.

Derrick was fantastic, he showed up, fixed the furnace and showed me that even though the boiler had been "tuned up" before it had never been vacuumed. There was so much residue in the furnace. We recently bought this house it was our first service to the furnace and he tuned it up and installed an exterior vent to prevent soot build up. he was very profession and courteous. Derrick answered all my questions. I plan to use 128 Plumbing and Heating going forward. I signed up for the 5 year inspection plan as well.
