Please this is an update on my first review while most reviews here are 5 stars they are old! Do your research there's other sites that have new ones and he's been taking advantage taking peoples money and not doing the work! I went to the contractors board his license was suspended for multiple violations then he fail to keep his work about paying back now his license is expired I have a signed letter from Javier Ivan Guzman saying he would pay us back he only made 2 payments and stopped! The board says he's done this alot also does not pay or give you any info for taxes I have all my documentation will take it as far as I can I'll probably never see my money but I do not want anyone else to go thru this he took our retirement savings and never delivered what he promised please please do your research if you hire him DO NOT GIVE HIM MONEY UNTIL YOU SEE YOUR MATERIAL AND WORK STARTED!!! When you ask for receipts he makes up stories promises to give you the receipts hoping you forget!

No please do not hire!!!! Constantly ask for more for material and work then comes the excuses of why material does not arrive when you ask him why the work isn't done he makes up tons of excuses ignores your calls then sends you pictures of him in the hospital then you realize he's scamming you because his workers show you the same picture and it's from last year we had to let him know that we couldn't work with him anymore he signed a promissory note he made 2 payments and know stop paying and ignores calls text please save yourself a huge headache very dishonest always borrowing from one job to cover another I still have sub contractors he hire for stucco, electrical and many more showing up to our house looking for him because he never paid them! Please DONT HIRE JAVIER GUZMAN 129 builders license was suspended for the same reasons it's on on the contractors license look up all the violations now it's expired we do not want anyone to go thru the hell he put us!

We were very happy with their services, the prices are great and they are fast with their hands as well. Javier was very helpful and we really appreciated his help working on our project. Highly recommended

The work was done efficiently and very well. Rehanging folding doors was a fairly difficult job because contractor who installed them did a very poor job and had been back twice but had failed to complete job well. I recommend 129 Builders.

Javier Guzman answered my emails promptly, came to see what I wanted done, emailed me an estimate with pictures, and showed up on time for estimate visit and installation. He did a good job for me, and cleaned up well afterwards. He was pleasant to deal with.
