Chance Jacquay did a fantastic job with the conversation of a tub into a beautiful shower with all the accessories. Demolition took about eight hours, and the installation of the custom shower, pan, sliding door, U by Moen valve and SMART controller was completely in three days. Chance was a pleasure to work with, communication between us was great, and he always was positive and reassuring when I had concerns or questions. The finished bsthroom is a work of art now, and the price was very reasonable.

Kilo Plumbing is a real true professional that service all Ft. Wayne areas, so i highly recommend them. Offered 3 year warranty on labor, battery, & my backup battery-operated sump pump. Plumber Chance is unique because he welcomes & answers all questions you have about the project. I paid $1800 to install sump pump & reassemble pipes for better water flow, not for code compliance that I thought that he said would cost $3k or $4,000 that seems too much based on my research & other pluming co. He had to come back days later to fix a leaky pipe he worked on. So far, sump pump & pipe are in good condition.

He scheduled and worked around my own schedule to be more accommodating to Me. Everyday the “job-site” was clean and neat. I enjoyed seeing the progress and everything went smooth and timely. When there came time for grabbing material he easily knew what he needed and went to pick it up and quickly continue his work. I’m happy with the process and the end result was very worth it! Payment was easy. And he was willingly to go into our crawl space to complete the task. Amazing! I’ll definitely keep Chance in my thoughts for future projects. I trust him with big and small jobs.

I called because the pipe at the water meter was leaking. I found them on the Thumbtack app. They had many 5 star reviews, a military company, so I contacted them. They got back to me very quickly, called to get the details. This was later in the day Tuesday, said they could be there between 5 & 6 Wednesday. He called me to tell me that he could get there even sooner if I was OK with it. Sure! He was all done replacing the pipe by 4:30pm, an hour or less (after running for a part). He was kind enough to answer questions for me about other things and took a look at my bathroom that needs reno'd. The price was great. Very efficient with the invoicing and bill payment. I got a text and had his invoice paid before he even got upstairs. He showed me a picture of the finished work too, texted it to me so I could save it. I can't recommend him enough! I immediately added him to my Thumbtack team of pros.

Had an old double main kitchen sink that was leaking and one side couldn't be used. Chance installed a new sink of our choice so now we can use the entire sink. He fixed the drain line to ensure the leaking stopped and sealed the edges of the sink to the countertop. We continue to be happy with his work after he previously installed a toilet and water heater for us.

Chance was great. He installed our 3-stage water filtration system (US Water sediment, carbon, and Pulsar UV) with an existing softener, a new water heater, and fixed two shower leaks (one drain, one valve). In all of these, he efficiently evaluated each system and made the necessary updates. This was working with a plumbing system originally installed in the 1980s. Fair pricing, and very professional. We highly recommend him.

Could not have been a bigger waste of my time. Hired and paid. Then told me they didn't have the qualification to fix the pipe. Told me it would be a month while he got certification as contractor. Told me he would be testing in March. Today calls to tell me that he won't be testing until May. Gigantic waste of my time, and hen, to make it perfect, shorted me a dollar on my refund after holding the money since early February. If this is Angi, take a look around for a better source.
