We have had Rick come out to our property a variety of times for a variety of reasons, including shower repair, toilet repair, and other issues. He is always prompt and is probably one of the most reliable plumbers I've ever hired. He always gets back to us immediately and is usually out to the property within 48 hours. Heat Pump - Install or Replace
AMENDED PREVIOUS REVIEW: After 10 months, my heat pump system no longer creates warm air. I've called Rick five times, and texted four times for service. I have not received ANY callback or response. 14th State doesn't stand behind their work.

Heat Pump - Install or Replace
Rick and his team are highly skilled, professional, courteous, and reliable. They designed and installed a three zone, heat pump, heating and cooling system for my home, as well as plumbing work for our kitchen remodeling project. They understood the inconvenience of a kitchen project, and coordinated their schedules to get us fully functioning as quickly as possible. I will use them again!
