Worked with Jean and the team on a patio remodel. They were able to work with our existing structure to help reduce cost but were able to give a fantastic overall look. We now have a much more functional and comfortable space.

I think these guys are a class act. I hired them to replace a fence with a wall, matching the stucco wall in the front of the property. I solicited three bids. I selected Geico because Brian really listened and was able to write me a bid that separated out the shared costs (with the neighbor) from a few extras I wanted on my side of the wall. Brian was very professional and inspired confidence. They also gave a competitive bid! The guys on the crew were super: no-nonsense, get-it-done types, that did very skilled work on the foundation, framing, and stucco. They used quality materials and did not skimp, despite the fixed cost contract. I would hire them again in a second.

Excellent job! We contacted Geico Builders to renovate our kitchen and two bathroom - basically a complete home remodel. The initial meeting was with Diane our project manager who upon meeting, felt like she was a great fit. She's very responsible, straight forward, responsive, and always looked out in our best interest throughout the project. I can't say enough good things about her and Geico. The attention to detail is precise. They gave us the timeline for completing and kept me updated throughout the process. We're very happy with the work they have done and would not hesitate to go through Geico if we ever decide to have another remodel. We just love our new remodel bathrooms and kitchen.

We used Geico Builders for our bathroom remodel. We collected a few quotes, and we felt like the quote for the value was the best. I appreciated the clear scope and payment schedule. We started with a tiny bathroom and had plans to remove a couple of walls to make it larger. Leading up to demo day, our project manager Mila and the team pulled permits and helped us understand which finisher/materials we needed to order. I had a clear idea of our design vision, so I didn't need a lot of assistance there, but I found the 3D rendering helpful to see. Our project took a little over 5 weeks. The foreman David and crew did a great job. I was many specific requests, and I felt like David always did his best to incorporate my requests. We had a few hiccups, as with any project. We ran out of tile, which caused a small delay. The crew also misplaced some of our shower fixtures and we had to reorder them. The team was able to cover the cost of these, which I appreciated.

We are glad we went with Geico Builders for a full master bath remodel. They were very easy to work with, everything went as planned and we were very happy with the results. Diane was our main choice, she knew exactly how to invasion perfect layout of our bathroom remodel. They set up a group chat with everyone to coordinate and they forwarded us the results & paperwork as soon as they received it. Alex, the designer, was helpful in helping to putt together our design and vendor recommendations. She quickly responded to feedback & updates to our design, and she even worked through her vacation on our project. When one of the vendors got our order incorrectly, the Geico Builders team worked with them to quickly rectify the issue. During construction, the foreman, Tony, was very well-organized and good to work with. His team was friendly, careful, and they kept the place as clean as they could. They follow up with us throughout construction to ensure that every detail of the construction was built to what we wanted.

Mila and Kevin worked with us to renovate our enclosed patio to build a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. It turned out amazing. We went through several revisions in the design, and they took care of the permits and paperwork with the city. My wife works from home, so they were mindful in working around her availability. Overall, the project took about 14 months from when we found them due to permits taking a few months. It's hard living in a construction zone but the team went above and beyond to minimize the impact it had on our lives. They have a great team that is very attentive and responsive. Some of my parts are on back order and the team will be back to install the missing lights and shelves we bought as finishes. I will work with them again if I have other projects. I recently had the pleasure of working with Geico Builders on a major home renovation project, adding ADU that me and my partner I have been putting off/saving up for years, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've been at my home for quite some time, and it was built in Fremont in 1960's so it was long overdue for a serious remodel. Honestly, remodeling is scary and finding the right folks to do such a huge task can be daunting. We needed a lot, including a 450 sq. ft. addition, a complete kitchen renovation, and remodels of our master bathroom and guest bathroom for when my partner's parents come to visit from out of town. In walks Geico Builders, who not only were kind to our inquiry but also local, which is a huge deal for ease of access. From start to finish, the project managers, Mila and Jean, were exceptional. They were always available to answer our questions and provided valuable insights that helped shape our vision into a reality.

We worked with Geico who did a great job on replacing several windows in our home! Jean was our project manager and Santos did the work and both were great to work with. The price was fair and we recommend Geico to anyone looking for home work.

Number one in communications and top attention in details. We worked with Geico Builders to build our addition, ADU and install pavers on the front of the house. Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. We do recommend Geico Builders and especially Victor to all who is looking for quality work.

We are completely satisfied with our backyard, where we wanted to do a complete renovation, making our yard more beautiful and usable, for games with friends, easy access for my dogs and everything else! From the beginning Brian helped us with the choice of materials, locations, colors and many great suggestions. Our Project Manager, Delmar, and Brian did an excellent job updating us and communicating and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We had a tight deadline for our project because we wanted to finish before 06/01 - he did our entire project quickly and efficiently! I’ve been working with Geico Builders for the past two years. Initially I’ve met Mila who helped us with our basement drainage issue resolved & built with best drainage solution. At the beginning of September this year Geico Builders started backyard renovation which is contains structural retaining wall about 220 lnf, pavers, composite deck Trex, staircase with beautiful fountain. They completed my backyard project in very short period of time comparison to the amount of work was need it done. Excellent crew & communication with in backyard project. Marvelous results on my lovely front yard landscaping! I’ve met Mila on August she was assigned to our requested project from Geico Builders. From the beginning of the project with Designer consultation Noa we had planned this project with a lot of details so before they started they already knew how and when and where everything should be! The results talking on it’s own please see attached pictures it help me a lot before I decided to proceed with Geico Builders. I have to say these guys are definition of professional company Mila is excellent project manager, with a lot of knowledge and ideas. Our Supervisor Delmar is amazing came out with an ideas we would never thought of. The Crew is clean and organized every day, pavers which is hardscaping were installed with seamless almost invisible detailing. Besides all of it they are great people to work. Amazing people! We just finished Two bathrooms & Full Lanscaping basically Full House remodel with Jean and very happy with the result. Already recommended Geico Builders to our neighbors. Pros: 1. Reasonable pricing. We quoted about eight reputable contractors, and Geico B. cost estimation is one the more competitive ones. 2. Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details). 4. Our Pavers & Retaining walls and all Lanscaping looks amazing I can’t wait to start to play our favorite game which was proposed to install by Jean thank you for the best idea ever. Thanks again Geico Builders, we will keep you as our primary family builders.
