I met the owner of this company over three years ago. I responded to an advertising campaign that he was participating in via  local print/online newspaper company.  I knew that the back yard needed a lot of TLC which included major cleanup of leaves and old grass cuttings from years gone by. <br />  We agreed on the work that needed to be done which included, trimming of the front decorative spiral evergreen bushes; adding new annuals and some perennials as well.  The back yard required the aforementioned work, along with the trimming of of thick bordering green bushes that line the entire back yard. <br />  Between the back and front yard areas, this company provided the grounds with a much- needed makeover!!! <br />   The key with this company is that the owner, Wil Persons LISTENS completely to your requests and ideas.  I felt as though we were collaborating together as a team to achieve the end result that I was hoping for!  Since that time, I have hired this company intermittently for projects. <br />  He and his crew are very reliable and the pricing is also very competitive for the services that were complete  As a result, 1620 Property Services LLC currently provides me with b-weekly lawn maintenance. <br /> ****ADDED BONUS!  1620 Property Services LLC provides interior and exterior painting services.  I will be asking for an interior painting quote for the upstair rooms in my home this week!  I have complete trust in Wil Persons and in his company, 1620 Property Services LLC. and would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone that is looking for professional work done at very affordable and competitive prices.   <br /> Thank-you very much 1620 Property Services LLC, and I look forward to working with you in the future! <br /> Sheryl Woodford  <br />

They were prompt and professional. They went out of their way to make sure my very ugly lawn on top of the hill was as clean as can be, and I know my lawn is a pain. I made the mistake of leaving a hammer on my lawn, and it got run over by one of their nice mowers. I would've lost my mind, but he just brushed it off and finished the job. You don't find that level of professionalism in many places. <br />

First time showed up very late, apologized that his "other" truck got wrecked - never saw him again or heard from him.  Tried calling, no <br /> answer.

Tenant left the place smelling of cigarette smoke, with lots of minor "handyman" types of repair needed.  Exterior paint was in terrible shape, and the bushes were overgrown. 1620 Property Services washed all the interior walls and cleaned the carpets. In addition, they washed, scraped, and painted the exterior.  Bushes were all trimmed and fence was power-washed. They added painting of the deck and a shed door for free.  They were punctual and professional!  Highly recommend this team. <br />

<p>William is the upmost professional and nice guy I have met in a long time. He is knowledgeable in paint, all plants and trees.  He answers his phone, arrives on time and always with a smile on his face. He painted the trim and stained the deck for us recently. He found rot in one corner of the house. Made sure this was fixed the very next day. Found bees living on the other side of the house. Again, took care of this that day. Noticed a leaking faucet and fixed that. He is a perfectionist and does a terrific job no matter what it is. Will and the crew he had working for him were: prompt,courteous,extremely professional and at each days completion left the property as though there was never any disturbance. I have a very steep embankment that runs down to the street. It is so steep it is hard to keep plantings. We have had a number of contractors over the past 12 years who have tried to handle this problem without success. We gave 1620 Property Services a call, they came out, they were very professional. They came up with some good ideas. They picked us up, took us to the nursery so we could pick out some plantings. A year later, it has taken hold, it is a beautiful piece of landscape now. Will Persons is the head of it. He and his crew were very professional. The price was very competitive with others we have had work on it. We have used them again and we will probably be using them every year. They are probably the best company we have dealt with. It was an exceptionally great experience dealing with them.

I called several companies to provide estimates for cleaning the yard of tires, metal scrap, large blocks of wood, car batteries and various other debris. In addition to the yard there was a basement with a substantial amount of items that needed to be removed including an old refrigerator, air conditioners old paint cans and other trash. The carpet also needed to be removed from the entire house. I met William Persons from Property Services at the property to describe the cleaning project. We spent about 20 minutes walking the yard and through the house while I explained what I wanted done. William was professional and presented a written proposal itemizing in detail the work to be performed. Considering the amount of work that needed to be done the price was very fair. Property Services got the job done on time and did a great job of cleaning the property. <br />
