These people were awesome. I closed on a house that was filled with junk, trash and old furniture. They came and were willing to take just about anything away for me, and they charge by the load, not the time it takes them to load it. They cleaned up my backyard, crawlspace, house, and even pulled up some old carpet for me so they could load it. I used them several times, and it was TOTALLY worth the money. They were also polite, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

We would like to commend Rich James and his company, "1-800-Got-Junk?". Their team is outstanding!.Their patience and professionalism were paramount in clearing out our uncle's home that had been neglected for 30+ years. Rich altered his schedule to fit ours since we had flown to Tennessee from California and Texas to clear out this house. They were prompt, friendly and some of the hardest workers we've ever seen! The even re-arranged their schedule to accommodate us a second day with 2 trucks and we were able to complete the job. We would highly recommend this company and gladly give referrals. Thanks again guys.

The people at 1-800-got-junk were so helpful and friendly. They were professional yet Curtis. Although I am a single parent with a low income, they treated me like I was important. They were willing to work with me to make the job affordable for me. I can not remember when I have been treated so kindly and respectful. I am currently trying to think of other people who could benefit from their services. I hope that they will be around for years to come.
