I was told that items would be donated based on their condition. I had gas stove which worked fine. It was thrown on the truck, no care taken to salvage the stove.

The people were great. The only issue was that I had mentioned books among the junk, but they were not prepared for a lot of books and had to leave them due to the time. To make, they charged the minimum for the visit and gave a $50 coupon for the follow-up visit.

They came and wouldn't take a check only accepted a credit card and had to call in the payment.

Three young guys showed up right when they said they would. They called an hour in advance and let me know they were in route. They informed me how much room was in their truck before they arrived and informed me if they had to leave and come back what charge I should expect. They did absolutely everything they could to make everything fit in the first trip. They even kept filling the truck once the door was closed. Clayton explained the charges very clearly. I also wanted all the sheetrock hauled off, but Clayton made sure I understood what I would be getting charged before they touched it, and I decided otherwise. Mason and Jayden (might be misspelled) broke down every piece of furniture to ensure all the empty space was efficiently filled. I was very pleased with the work that Clayton, Jayden, and Mason performed. They even grabbed their push broom and shovel and cleaned up everything that was left behind. They were able to get everything in one trip, much to my surprise. I would most definitely recommend their services to anyone, and will probably use them again in the future. Austin

Definitely shop around price wise, it was expensive. They charge you based on their observation of how much space they THINK your goods will take up in their truck. Not very accurate. They were on time and polite, however.

Pretty expensive, but did a great job. They were on-time, courteous and did what they said they would do.

The young men arrived & completed the work in a timely manner. I did think they were expensive. The jump in cost between levels is a lot & there isn't room for negotiation.

Friendly and hard working despite the summer heat. Did a thorough job cleaning up all the debris left from pool construction.

We accidently threw out two bins for our current refridge and I called them after they left and they came right back over and dropped them off. Customer service was great that is how customer service should be. I would definately recommend to friends.

Guys who hauled away the materials were great. The corporate office should tell you that local prices may be different than the estimate.

The team that came out was very fast and professional. They were very nice and courteous and quickly removed my items. They called before and arrived at the specified time. Very satisfied!
