Our services and an example of our pricing are explained to you over the phone. We schedule your junk removal appointment at a time that is convenient to you. Our prices include all labor, weight and surcharges. Our professional drivers call you 15 - 30 minutes before the promised time. Our clean, shiny truck arrives on time at your home or business and friendly, uniformed drivers present a price list up front before any loading begins. We do all the loading you dont even need to get it to the curb. Your junk is removed and a thorough sweep up of the site is completed. Your junk is recycled or taken to transfer stations or a landfill. We do a follow-up call to ensure 100% satisfaction. WE DO NOT PROVIDE DROP OFF DUMPSTER SERVICE. We do not haul away any type of liquid or hazard waste materials.

They were very professional and the job was not easy since I'm in Washington state and they were doing a job for me in New Hampshire. Very honest workers and they swept the garage when they finished. They called me on the phone about any questions they had. Very trustworthy. The rates were a little more than I wanted to spend but you really get what you pay for.

Great service, straight-forward pricing system. I would use them again. I do think they are a bit pricey, but the prompt courteous service makes up for it. It's nice to see service people that are up-front and not trying to get away with something these days.
