the guys that came to my house were neat, poliet,and on time. they called ahead of time to confirm time. they were careful not to damage anything.

Joe contacted me within minutes of me contacting the company. He was professional and personable on the phone. We set up an appointment for the following day. On the afternoon of when the work was to be done I received a call from the truck driver telling me when he would arrive. He showed up with another worker -- both were professional, personable, and worked very fast. I liked both of them very much. I would hire this company again, although I felt that the cost was a bit pricey, as we didn't have all that much to haul. It was a small amount of construction debris in our backyard.

The employees were courteous and took care in removing all junk without damaging home. The only observation I had was that the items could have be arranged a little differently on the trunk to allow for more important items to be put on first. (they did not ask which items needed to be taken as priority.)

The guys from Hunk of Junk were very professional and easy to work with. We did run into a slight problem with how they disposed of sediment from a water tank but the manager, Joe, worked with me to come to a suitable resolution.
