WAY OVERPRICED. The technician that showed up to my home said it would take hours to complete the job. And he had to cut out the way. The same technician came to my home a week after. All he did was cut out a wall about 12x8. And put in 1 hot water cut-off valve that took him about 30-45 minutes from walking in my home to packing up then leaving and I was charged $730. I did agree to the price beforehand a week prior, but why wasnt the plumbing charged hourly? And why wasnt my price adjusted after they saw that the job was not as complicated as they first thought? I will not use them again. The job was done, but the price is definitely not worth it. You would be better off using a YouTube video or finding someone on Facebook Market place who does handyman work.

Way over priced, while my TEC was a nice guy, he was unprepared three trips to the hardware store proved that this was a basic conversion on a brand new stove. All this for over 300 bucks to be fair they did tell me the price, but I was in a crunch. So now you know.

The estimate was not thorough. I needed to replace supply line valves that increased the cost by 150% Also, I was not told I needed to supply the silicone to finish the job leaving it to me to complete Also was not told I would need to clean off the caulking from the old sink leaving it to me to figure out how to remove it These all should have come up during the estimate, not during the job resulting in $450 cost jumping to $1050 and I still need to complete the installation.

They were fast and courteous!! Came for a free estimate and then did the work. They were very conscientious about cleaning up after themselves and following covid protocols. I was very happy with their service and will definitely use them for any other needs!!

Very happy with the service, timing, and plumber. The plumber was polite and replaced the outside hose spigot quickly. Very pricey $400.00 and quickly completed. My choice to go ahead but bothered by a feeling of overcharging.

The technician Elizabeth was wonderful . She explained everything she was doing before she proceeded with work. Cleaned everything up when she left. I would highly recommend her and her company.

After the work was completed, I felt I was overcharged by at least 40%. I would expect a honorable service guy to extend a price break once we found out the fix was lot simpler and straightforward than what was previously estimated. The initial estimation of the work was way overboard as the plumber did not evaluate the situation thoroughly. In hindsight, I wish I was more diligent in trying to find out the cause of the leak myself even before the plumber stepped into my house. I will never use them again. I strongly encourage potential customers to obtain at least 3 quotes before hiring these guys for any job.

Fawcett leaked. Someone called on Saturday, told me the would come in the afternoon. Never showed. Elizabeth came on Monday and fixed the problem.
