Came out quickly to assess my problem which was there was a leak in my meter box where my neighbors meter, and my meter was they assess the problem stated that they couldn?t find anything, but we?re gonna play process of elimination pretty much so they ripped up my line completely by that time I had left to go to work and then I get a phone call later and they say we fixed your problem and I asked any pictures or videos to show what y?all fixed gave me the runaround for that. I got home two hours later and the box was filled with water again. So I thought it was just water left over so I drained it myself of course at that time they already got paid the next morning. I checked it. It was full of water again. I?ll call them. They sent a different technician out, but this guy was good. He said, your line is good. The leak is coming from your neighbors meter and he sent me a video of it so we called the city. They fixed my neighbors and no more water,an still no proof from this company

They sent a guy to repair / replace a plumbing part and he went outside to see about shutting off the main water line so he can do the repairs, but he never came back. Just left and didn't say anything about leaving or returning. What professional company does that? Well needless to say, all I could rate them is one star for at least answering the phone call the first time I called. SAD!!

Water Main - Install, Replace or Repair

I contacted 1-800-Plumber & Air of Cypress, TX, and asked exactly what service is needed, i.e. sweating/soldering a vertical gate valve on my main water line in my backyard. They sent tech De Jesus of Cypress, TX. First he tried to talk me out of it and do something easy on the inaccessible horizontal line, I said that is not what my service call was for, and insulted me by saying that I am not a plumber, but he is. He said go shut off the street water valve, and I did so. By the time I came to the backyard, he had CUT my house main water line WITHOUT waiting. He FLOODED inside of my home and some outside. I told him he should have waited until the lines dained. He left while water still was flooding my home because he could not do the job, period. l had to rush to store bought a Shop vet-Vac and and dried up the flood with towles and fan. I called his office about the damages that he had caused, but his manager never returned my call at all. They are incapable, rude, and inept.

The information you have provided is incorrect. On 9/17/2024, our licensed plumber arrived at your home, as per your request. He came prepared with his plumbing license and has over 15 years of professional experience. After providing you with an estimate for the requested work, you chose not to proceed with the job. The work you requested involved cutting a 3-inch section of a copper water line, followed by the installation of a ¾-inch long-stem brass valve and testing for leaks. Since no work was completed, no damage occurred, and certainly no flooding resulted from our plumber's visit. We are aware that you sent a letter to the plumbing board, but this has already been disputed. We are open to further discussion to resolve any confusion or misconceptions you may have. Thank you for your attention to this matter."
