They showed up on time and completed the work quickly, and efficiently! Any mess that they created doing the work was cleaned up, without asking! They accomplished the job for which they were hired and found a simple solution to my problem ! I was very happy with them and would recommend them highly!

I highly recommend 1-800-Plumber+Air of Lansdale for any plumbing needs. Lou and Kefah are great at customer care, informing regarding every step of a project. Technicians Mikel P. and Kevin R. are very professional, courteous, work fast and accurate, and leave the work area clean. I also recommend the Jome Guard service which provides valuable benefits.

Lack of detail in the estimate created a gap between expectations and service delivery. Customer service fail. Unresponsive and disrespectful. Overcharged for amount of work done.

We provided you with a detailed estimate that you reviewed and signed before we began the job. Additionally, after completing the work, we received your approval and signature, we did not hear from you until several days later. We delivered on our agreement and charged significantly less than the typical cost for replacing a stack pipe. It is unfortunate that you are not satisfied with our service.

These guys are the best! I had a plumber come to my house today to address no hot water in my house. We’ve been noticing over the last several days that we haven’t had really hot water. It turns out that we had a leak in our line and the plumber that came was able to pinpoint the issue pretty quickly. They came on time, they were polite, clean and professional. But more importantly, affordable! I would highly recommend 1800plumber to anyone looking for a reliable service.
