1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Poway/Del Mar

Brad Roth, owner of 1-800 water damage, saved my thanksgiving and helped me out tremendously! I own a rental property and the guests reported a water leak coming from the hot water heater tank in the garage. This was 8pm on thanksgiving mind you. I had no clue who to call or who would even come out on short notice, a holiday, and at night. 1-800 water damage was the only phone number I needed. Brad arrived within 30-45 minutes and assessed the situation, asked to turn the water off, and gave me a full detailed quote and step-by-step process right away. Walked out into my garage one morning and suddenly was standing in ankle high water! (Who needs coffee?!) I called 1-800-Water Damage because they came highly recommended. A tremendous guy named Brad came within 15 minutes. Unbelievable. Keep in mind this is 6am! He arrived and setup fans to dry everything and within a day or two he came back out and painted and repaired the ledge under our water filter. (That was the source of the leak or should I say flood?) Brad did excellent work, actually made everything better than it was before. Call 1-800-Water Damage if you have a problem. Brad was a referral from a neighbor. My parents had a sudden pipe burst from the upstairs bathroom that leaked all the way to the downstairs bathroom. Brad was able to come over quickly and quote on the water mitigation and start work the next day. Great company and service. Would use Brad's services again and totally recommend.

I called Brad to check a leak from a cracked pipe in our kitchen. He immediately saw the problem was much bigger than we anticipated and began remediation for a bad mold issue. He was professional, efficient and kept me informed of progress throughout as well as communicating with my insurance. I cannot recommend Brad highly enough for his expertise and his calm demeanor which made a bad situation more tolerable.
