Did a fantastic job both in testing for mold and removing the contaminated substance. Also returned to ensure removal was complete and affected area was ready for installation of new substrate and flooring.

The technician (In this case, the owner) was very helpful and willing to do whatever was needed to be sure the job was done correctly. It is my first and only experience with mold so I didn't have another experience to compare with regarding the cost so I don't really know what a market price is for this kind of service. It is kind of expensive but perhaps that is what this kind of expertise warrants.
