Robert responded within an hour or so to my inquiry ON A SUNDAY MORNING! He was congenial, answered all of my questions and, after we exchanged information about the water damage, we scheduled an appointment within a reasonable time frame. Devon, the project manager who arrived to do the work, was likewise congenial, full of useful information, and completed the steps that Robert had outlined in less than 2 hours. My only issue with 1-800 Water Damage was that the price was not lowered some to reflect the amount of work that Devon had to do - I had vacummed up all of the water and dried the carpet myself. Although Robert did give me the cost up front, that cost seemed a bit excessive for less than 2 hours of work. That being said, I do recommend them for water damage remediation.

Robert is very professional and fast in handling the work! His fees were also reasonable and very competitive. He let us know when there’s additional issues and gave us a reasonable fees. I would recommend him!

Robert takes great pride in achieving the best results possible. He was friendly, communicated well and was more than fair. Par excellence in carpet and tile/grout floor cleaning. My movers were not gentle or easy on the light tan colored carpet in the home I was moving out of but Robert managed to get it absolutely pristine and spotless. The professional housecleaner witnessed the before and after and requested his card for her home and clientâ s homes. You will not be disappointed hiring Robert from Chemtechs.
