We recently had Colin install our new water heater, and the experience was truly excellent from start to finish. He was friendly and patient, taking the time to walk us through the process and explain the new unit. What stood out most was the detail-oriented nature of the work; everything was installed perfectly. When the job was complete, the work area was meticulously cleaned up. The new water heater is working perfectly, and we are very satisfied. We would absolutely call 1-800-Plumber+Air again for any future plumbing needs.

Contacted them for a second opinion / estimate on some work another outfit in town had recommended. They told us what actually needed to be done in the near term, and what work could be left for later. The other place wanted 9 grand to do everything. The 1-800-Plumber guys did the necessary items for less than $1000, and did them well and quickly!

Tankless Water Heater Installation
These guys came always on time to do the work. Reported an issue after the job was complete and they showed up the same day and fixed. They installed Tankless water heater and did some extra plumbing work to make this work as per specs! Top Job. Collin is great!!
