Juan is courteous, efficient, reasonable & quick in responding. I called them Saturday evening & he came on Sunday afternoon!! Veronica called & set up appt within 5 minutes of my call. She is also great at customer service! He installed a new garbage disposal for me & I will call him when I need service again. He is best plumber I have found & I have tried many. If they are going to do something dont believe it. Also, I was quoted one price and when they got to me everything tripled since I lived upstairs and they had another worker with him. Pretty much because I lived upstairs he had to charge me more. He said he would dispose of the old toilet and he left it right in front of my apartment lucky the trash collector picked it up.

Previous company did not fix my problem (also hired by Home Advisor) actually it made the problem worse. I was also contacted by 180 plumbing. I hired them to repair the plumbing problem (initial problem and new issue that occurred after dealing with the previous company. So far everything appears to be working very well. He was very nice and finished the work timely. Pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend 180 plumbing.

The job took all of five minutes and I was totally overcharged. I needed it done so I did not haggle the cost. I did not have time to wait for other contractors to bid. They did the work fine, just over charged. Lessen learned.

Plumber installed a 1/3 HP garbage disposal mistakenly. I had requested at least the same HP as the the previous one, a 5/8 HP Insinkerator. I discovered this when I was in the process of registering the product. I contacted him immediately. He apologized for his mistake and returned the next day to install a model comparable to the previous one. Works fine and hopefully lasts as long as the previous one did.
