Purchased git certificate at a community event for yard clean-up. Joe was very responsive and professional once we contacted him to redeem the certificate. He completed 3/4 of the job he quoted, but did not return to finish. I gave up after repeated phone calls to him that were never returned. <br />

The work went well and the price was fair. But when the owner said, he would return to finish the job and his work was guaranteed, he never came back. Many many phone calls were made and messages left and they were never returned. Disappointing. Had to hire someone else to make repairs and finish the work that was not completed. <br />

I think I already did...but he answers his calls promptly. He is a local, small business so you need to pay with check or cash. I found him to be exactly what I needed for a backyard pruning of overgrown and damaged trees. <br /> <br />

Joe is professional, prompt, courteous and helpful. I recommend him without reservation and plan to call on him in the future to help with our more demanding property maintenance needs.

The guys were nice and did a great job with everything we asked. The yard was cleaned up beautifully and plants were trimmed nicely. We had a flagstone patio built with a retaining wall, it turned out great. We were pleased with the job, but some things were not totally completed. <br /> We have called numerous times to have them come back out to finish the job, but the phone calls go unanswered, this has been going on for about 3 weeks or more. Very frustrating. Will not hire again or recommend.

I thought they did a reasonably good job. It was a little bit too much money for what they did, but other than that I was satisfied with the service. The overall experience was average. The quality of work was good. I would probably not use Black Diamond Services again.

Black Diamond performed all the services exactly as discussed and in a timely manner. Joe always maintains very good communication with the customer. He is always on time, never needed to call. He makes suggestions with the customer's best interest in mind. We tried another service prior to Black Diamond and had no response after several tries. Called Black Diamond and they were there the same day!

This is the second time I have used Black Diamond Services and once again they have exceeded my expectations in terms of professionalism of job done, punctuality, follow-up, and overall quality. Joe, the owner, is very responsive and seems to really care about getting the job done just right. Several times during the job he would ask me to look at the work done so far and tell him if I was satisfied. If there was anything missed he would make sure that was done. They will not leave until they are sure you are satisfied. They gathered all the debris neatly and hauled it away. I could not ask for more.
