Good service. Straight to the point and professional.

Could have talked to customer for clearing up problems that needed to have been addressed for job to be done correctly.

They said they would arrive at 08:30 am. They showed up a 1 pm. They were not prepared and had to go find materials to complete the job. We live in an HOA community and provided our own paint. One of the gallons was the wrong color but since they mixed it into the 5-gallon bucket, we could not return it. We had to buy 2 more gallons of paint. They returned the next day to finish the job. They replaced some pickets, but at least 5 are not even attached to the fence. Some do not even have screw holes in them. So, buyer beware. We went with a lower bid and now we will more than pay the difference in fixing their mistakes.

We had our wood deck (about 20 years old, 6 ft x 18 ft, 2 2 steps, approximately 116 sq ft) repaired and refinished. We also had our wood pergola (7 ft x 10 ft x 7 ft, 7 ft tall, 3 posts) refinished. The project was done just last week. Theron, the owner of Low-Cost Home Repair, communicated promptly and clearly with me through text messaging from the time of the estimate, the job, and follow up. He answered all my questions, provided copies of the necessary paperwork, and attended to all my concerns regarding the project. In our contract, it stated that the job will be done in 3 days. Theron and his crew, Jordan and Josh, got it done in 2 days. Theron came by to work on spots missed (was not really obvious, but I am just a stickler to detail) as per my request. Theron, Jordan, and Josh were polite, respectful of our property, and efficient. Our deck was repaired and refinished well -- cleaned it, replaced damaged wood, made sure no nails/screws were sticking out, sanded it, stained it... Our pergola was refinished well, too. They cleaned the area the best that they can. They put back the solar lights, grill, dog house, chairs, and table/bench we moved aside. We are very pleased with the work ethic and the result of the job on our deck of the young men of Low-Cost Home Repair. The cost of the project (labor and materials) was very reasonable. We had Theron bid for another job (interior painting and flooring) for us.

Theron and his crew did a great job on repairing our deck which had lots of dry rot. All the joists had to be replaced plus the stair steps. The crew is very hard working and persistent!

Theron and his crew worked hard and fixed problems with my deck that we originally did not cover. He is a solid young and he is fair and reasonable. Highly recommended.
