Very professional from the beginning to the successful repair. Answered my phone call on the first ring, understood the issues we had and arranged an appointment for a quick service call with follow up calls and friendly, professional handling. The service technician was on time, friendly yet thorough. The repair was completed and he stayed for a successful trial run - all perfect. The charges were reasonable. So all told a very good company with the right communication and expert technical follow through. You want a really good appliance service? Their name says it all 1A Appliance Service . Try them, they are what they say.

I will not refer their company, they had a fee to show up and charged me for the service, the dryer is still not working correctly

They came out to repair my dryer the first time- did not receive an estimate or detailed invoice and charged 300.00 to replace a thermostat and supposedly clean the dryer, for which they used my vacuum. Replaced the thermostat and three weeks later it went out again. The initial response was that we would have to pay for them to come out again, however after some disagreement, they agreed to fix the dryer if it was their work that was bad. After the thermostat was replaced a second time, the dryer stopped working an hour after they left.

Please follow given instructions from our technicians to clean your vent that caused a problem and burned your thermostats so if you would clean your vent to avoid problems with your appliance in the future. It would not happen, instead calling credit card company and revoking full payment. Please call us back to resolve this issue. Thank you"

They did everything they could to keep the price as low as possible, I was just upset that the part I needed was as expensive as it was and the oven was only 2 years old. They had a replacement in their vehicle and were able to get me working within the hour.
