A check I paid this company 2 years ago just came through my bank again. This time for $1,000 and made out to an individual I have never heard of with a new date on it! Stay far away from this guy.

Do not answer the phone and talk to their clients.

From first contact to the first re-treatment everything was great. Tom demonstrated top-notch customer service and seemed to be delivering on his guarantee through the first retreatment. And thats when everything changed. There are some additional areas where the initial treatment was ineffective and there are clear signs of termite activity. Now I get no responses to texts or voice calls and his voicemail is full so I cant leave a message anyway. We are going to be filing a complaint with the state and if they cannot get him to fulfill his obligations made under the contract, we will then seek redress by suing him for breach of contract.

On time professional service , long term results will be needed to completely evaluate value of service.
