Mike was amazing!!! I called him first thing in the morning and he was here at 1:00. He explained everything in a way you could understand and was extremely professional and kind. Michael S. is a great tech! He gets right to work, friendly and was very knownledgeable. He really knows his trade. Very impressed with the quality of his ability! Reasonable $. Everyone else in Medford was extremely exspensive! I will hire him again, and again for other home repairs.

Michael just left after repairing my Kenmore wall oven by replacing a gasket in the door and a new panel. He was most courteous, cautious, diligent, and experienced in all that he accomplished. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute, to call him again for any appliance repair I might have.

VERY HAPPY with his quality of work, ability to fit me in the same day when I was having an emergency. Was very impressed with his ability to quickly narrow down the problem and fix it. Price was very reasonable. Also he was very personable and polite.
