They came to my house, did not have the part, promised to replace in one week. They took $125 from me and never returned, did not accept phone calls, did not answer my text Messages and refuses to return our money. The visit started April 2th nand still today they have my money. Stay miles away from people like these...

They called immediately after I put my problem on home advisor. They showed up on time. I was promised $74.00 in discounts. I don't think I got them. Took two hours. Used the bathroom-water everywhere. Left a huge mess in my utility room, foyer, and dining room. Not impressed.

I was very impressed with the care taken to sort out my problem. My appliance is old and so it took time to find the correct part but the techician went to a lot of trouble to find it and installed it as quickly as he could. i appreciated the courtesy and care he took to leave everything clean and tidy! i would definitely call again!

I was a bit nervous about hiring someone whose company I had not heard of but was COMPLETELY satisfied with Number 1 Appliance Service. We had a full defrosting freezer and I had scheduled an apt with Sears for the next day but knew I needed help immediately or lose hundreds of dollars worth of food. I went on Homeadvisors and within an hour I had a confirmed apt with Number 1 who came out and fixed everything within. Phi was very friendly, very capable and did an outstanding job. He charged much less than Sears would have and was definitely more professional. I would recommend them for anyone needing help with dysfunctional appliances. I'll call them again!

The repairman arrived a half hour early. He had called ahead for the model number of the appliance and came fully prepared with replacement parts. He was courteous and finished the job promptly. It was a very positive repair experience.

The person showed up when he said he would and knew what was going on with my fridge. Very professional and got my fridge to work.

He did repair the washer but was very evasive about how he charges. Did not want to give me part number or receipt but then blacked out the cost so I I could not read it and told me I could go to the website to find the cost, I did my own research and found the part was 121.00 at sears . It took 2 hours to install final cost at a final cost of 427.94 . Ifigure this is about 150.00 an hour for labor. He only gives receipts by email and with no breakdown of labor and parts. When I questioned how much the part was as there was no paperwork or box he said " I do not go by the part to figure my charges. He was late so I called him and he stated it would take another 28 min. I felt he was evasive and inconsistent with his answers.

replaced a part without telling what part it was, ask if he had told me it would be $225.00 when I answered NO and how he could have quoted a price for a part when he did not know what part was needed I go no answer. I was quoted a $65 price over phone ONLY, THEN he took the part he replace leaving me unable to check to see the value and confirm a part was replaced, called him and ask for the part returned told he would and he was never seen again. NO I would NEVER recommend this company

Ray did a great drop however I felt that the cost was high for a part that has a price less than half of the amount I was charged. I did not like that I to pay half of my bill up front when the job was not completed because he did not have the part.

Phil replaced the PC jazz board and my around 10 year-old Maytag refrig is working like a champ again - this saved me the high cost of buying a new refrig. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Everything was fine except they got the wrong part and had to go get it, which took about half the day.

There was a noise problem after the original fix, but the tech returned 2 days later and worked until it was fixed correctly.

Tech was on time, but work quality resulted in a scratched dryer surface top. Cost of work performed was higher than estimated over the phone before agreeing to the service call. Not likely to contract with this service again.
