Carl is that rare kind of handyman/contractor that everyone needs: knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and reasonably priced. I've hired him for various projects and fixes around my home (he's installed an internet connection in my basement; fixed a nasty sump pump leak; secured a toilet; installed a dryer vent and outlet; and changed a circuit breaker.
