#1 Construction

This is my 2nd time hiring #1 Construction. Had Brian install a new roof earlier this year on my house on Knotts Island. Needed to have repairs and re-roof a pump house / shed before winter sets in. Gave Brian a call,he met the next day. Was able to get on quickly. Handled things like I knew he would. Professional in his approach to the job. This is my 2nd time using #1 Construction. The first job was roof replacement on a 2 story on Knotts Island. That was early this year. Was going to attempt to do the remaining work myself. Had a few setbacks this summer and did not finish what I wanted to get done before winter. Did not make it. Called Brian and he took care of things for me, as I knew he would. Fast response, I needed to have roof and some structure replacement on a pump house so as to get it weather tight before things get too far gone. Brian gets the job done. I do not check his cost. I do not feel like he takes advantage of people. I am a jackass by nature, so I life I had any complaints, I would voice them. Also, if I have complements for someone, I would not hesitate to voice them either. #1Construction is just that I my book. Thank you, Brian, And Merry Christmas

Bryan, drove an hour to give me an estimate. Not only did he provide an estimate, he provided a lesson on roofing. He set expectations as to what I should expect when the job was finished. All I can say is him and his crew exceeded those expectations. A quality outfit that provides a first class job using the best roofing products on the market. Highly Recommended

I called several roofers who did not return my phone calls. #1 construction (Bryan) provided estimate quickly and roof repair completed within two weeks. I was kept updated on job status and I feel did an excellent repair job. Highlly recommend.

Bryan was one of 6 roof contractors I called. Two took satellite measurements and one of those called after a week. One never called back. One sent a low-ball estimate without coming to the house and one sent a high bid based on satellite measurements. Bryan came out the same day and gave me a bid that day. He included the inside ceiling work needed due to the leaking roof and gutter guards I said I wanted to add.

#1 Construction did a GREAT job. I contacted 6 different roofing contractors for their quotes for this job and by far Bryan knew what he was talking about. He got up on the roof looked around and took measurements. Then we talked about the issues and he wrote me out a quote right there. 3 contractors that I called where a no show and the other 2 contractors had a supply house take measurements from a satellite to figure how many squares my house needed. I never even met them. I just got an email with the quote 1 1/2 weeks after I contacted them. #1 Construction were professional, did more work then was asked to do. I have no complaints. Great Job!! Everybody should get multiple quotes, make sure #1 Construction is one of them.

Bryan and his crew did a great job fixing my roof. Bryan came out to give an estimate quickly and had our roof repaired within a week and a half. I thought it might get delayed because of the weather the previous week, but nope he was able to stay on schedule and keep his promise. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future!!!
