My real estate broker received the inspection report but I did not. I did receive it from my broker. He had only Venmo as a payment option. Venmo did not take Capital One Bank as a payment option. I tried 3 other payment sources and none worked. I sent money through Zelle. He said he did not have that app. He never called me. I had to hack my parents Chase account to pay him. My mom was not happy. My advice: Get a backup payment method like the video plumber you contracted out.
