Tracer did a good job explaining everything and going the extra mile. He used stronger screws than what was provided for my doggy door and insulated around the outside of the doggy door when he didn’t have to. I am pleased with his work!

I hired to build steps for back door....not a large project, landing and 3 steps, haul away the old ones. Gave me a price and set a time. he came and removed the old steps, got a deposit and that was the last contact.....after more than a week, I sent email and said I considered him a scam.
