Does really great work and I would recommend him, but was not consistent with communicating on when he could come back to finish work that he didn't finish the day before. Also, a bit on the expensive side.

Only one that contacted me when I posted the job. On time with the set schedule and checked out all possible problems that may come up in the future. Found out that my water pressure is too high and was the reason why most of the toilets keeps flushing and why some of the faucets were dripping. Very nice fellow. Highly recommended.

Erwin contacted me shortly after I made my request. He was able to make it here in an hour and fix the toilet. Made a big difference because (1) it was for my guest house rental and (2) the next day, Halloween, would have been very difficult for any contractor to get here because I live in West Hollywood and the streets would be closed and traffic jammed. I was charged the normal rate for the service call even though it was after normal hours. Erwin was very easy to work with, the job was done professionally and quickly and payment was easy. Excellent service.

Very professional and polite, took time to explain everything as he assessed the clogged kitchen sink and as he was doing his work. Very efficient and cleaned up after himself and didn't get sludge everywhere. Gave helpful advice for future maintenance. Very reasonable rates.
