Mark is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. He made several corrections to my system and installed programs to help me keep it running smoothly. He is the only tech who took the time to open and clean out the interior of my machine and show me how to keep it clean and running cooler. He was also very helpful in suggestions for a future computer purchase. He takes the time to get to know you and what your computer needs are so he can configure your system to match. He will be my "go to" tech for any future problems or upgrades.

Do you have a talented, experienced, responsive Technical Support group at your disposal? No? Neither do I, but I don't care anymore because I have Mark. Running Windows XP on my vintage computer was getting in my way, so I called Mark to help me upgrade to a newer computer given to me by a friend. Mark exceeded all my expectations. We needed to set up the new computer so it could communicate with my wireless modem, install new versions of software packages from my old system, port over all my old files, and probably other things I'm forgetting. I don't do change well, so I wanted everything on the new computer to look as much as possible like what I was accustomed to seeing on my old system. Mark even had a way for Windows 8.1 to look like the Windows XP formats I was used to! Mark arrived on time and went promptly to work. I was impressed with how experienced he was and how smoothly he went from one step to the next. He didn't dawdle, get distracted, or become puzzled. Tasks that were complex and overwhelming to me were very familiar to him, and he accomplished them with ease. He knew what questions to ask to see if there would be issues down the road. For instance, when the new computer was up and running, he checked the download speed and discovered that it was really poor. He called AT&T for me (yes, he even speaks AT&T!) and we found out that I could get much faster speed AND save money with a new AT&T Uverse package. I asked Mark to come back and install the new modem that came with the new package, which he did and checked out everything to make sure all aspects of the new system were functioning properly. We had a problem getting my phones to work with the new Uverse system, but Mark applied his expertise and got that to work as well. Mark is patient and understanding with people who are not technologically savvy. He communicates very clearly. He asked several times if I had any questions, to make sure I had the answers I needed to be comfortable with the solutions he provided. He even made follow-up phone calls to check in and make sure everything was running properly. For someone like me, who loves my computer but is helpless if anything goes wrong, that level of care means a lot! I would recommend Mark's services to anyone with computer issues. I don't know if Mark is a Wizard, or a Cyber-Jedi, or what, but I don't care as long as I know he's there to take care of my computer. Thanks, Mark!

"Thanks for the great customer service rating. I always strive to fulfill my client?s needs. As a matter of clarification, from our initial contact, the client made it clear to me that it was extremely important to get their broken device working as soon as possible. When I was troubleshooting the problem I got to a point where it was apparent there was a broken part. At that time I thought there may be a possibility I could fix the device without having to replace it but since I knew that process would require additional time I thought it appropriate to ask the client?s permission to proceed and they said yes. Unfortunately, I was not able to fix that broken part and ended up having to order a replacement device which I subsequently installed without additional charge as a customer service consideration to the client."

Fantastic experience! I arranged for this firm to check my system and repair as necessary as it was not booting up. It took less than an hour for Mark to diagnose a loose connection between motherboard and hard drive - once this was tightened all worked perfectly. Most techs do not understand the relativity of hardware issues to operating problems. I will use #1 PC Support going forward as my only technical resource. Hire with confidence - you will not be disappointed!!

"Thank you for the review. I just thought I would mention that the problem turned out to be the game CD/DVD was damaged to the point where it would not run anymore and was not a problem with the computer itself. Resolving the problem requires the purchase of a new game CD/DVD. Although I worked on the problem for 1.5 hours before it was clear the game CD/DVD was damaged (as it would run a bit and then stop), I did provide a courtesy discount of 17%."
