My project involved placing a cap on my chimney. Installer tried to attach aluminum cap with concrete nails. Luckily I saw and stopped installation. Insisted they use a bed of adhesive and tapcon screws.

I cannot say enough positive things about Royal. Aron and his crews really came to the rescue and delivered. I was desparate because another vendor had replaced the roof and left a leak that they declined to fix. It has been three years of a run around and water leaking intermittantly. The other vendor left us with a rotted, moldly area of roof and unsealed areas which we didn't know about until Royal went up there. Aron took pictures and video. Royal was basically hired to troubleshoot and fix the BIG mess that someone else left. To make matters worse, it was at the height of the pandemic. There was some back and forth, trying different things and Royal was always there when they said they would be. They were very patient, empathetic and attentive; once even coming while it was still raining!. Everyone was respectful and thorough. After every storm he texted to see how things were. I never felt abandoned. I am so appreciative of the customer who wrote the review I saw when I was trying to find someone to solve my problem because I didn't trust anyone after my previous bad experience. Royal stood by their work until the problem was solved. Royal did not leave me hanging.

The owner came and told me how many pieces of material they needed to do the job. I had 1 extra. Then they show up and were 5 pieces short. They wanted an additional 400 to come back after I order the material. Crazy, all the labor cost, and they told me how much material was needed.

They explained the necessary work to be done and what they will do to fix the problem. They even provided pictures of after the job was completed

We had a problem with pricing but we settle this problem. I would recommend them.

What a pleasure to work with this guys. Did the right choice by picking them, definitely recommend them for any masonry work.

Professional, good value, good workmanship

Desperately needed replacing shingles on a ridge cap that were blown off during a recent violent windstorm. Snow was predicted for the following day. Firms referred by a friend did not call back within a reasonable period. Accordingly, I went onto Angie's List and was contacted by this firm within minutes after being provided with a listing of four contractors, one of them being 1 Royal. Aron arrived the next morning and immediately cut and installed the necessary shingles from material I had on hand. After taking care of my primary concern, he provided a price quote on the future complete re-roofing that I previously indicated was needed. At the same time, it was pointed out that some chimney repair was required. When I requested a bill for the shingles installation, Aron refused payment stating that he had to come over to provide the estimate for the roofing job, anyway. Now, isn't that a true professional/ businessman laying groundwork for the future! Guess who will be at the top of the list when it's time to have the roofing done?

Very affordable and professional, the job was done so quickly I had no idea they even started. I would definitely recommend them for any roofing or chimney work needed in your home.

They did a great job, very reasonable and had me scheduled within a week. Would definitely use them again without hesitation. Fixed my leaking roof and even fixed a couple other minor things on the roof while they were up there, cleaned up and it looks great now.
