Nic is an unbelievable installer and tech. If you are looking for quality and not some random guy showing up to your house call 1st Tier and Nic. I havent been this impressed with a contractor ever in my life.

Nic is a consummate professional. He provided three separate replacement options after looking at our very old furnace. Once we settled on the appropriate product, installation was done on time in a prompt, friendly, and expert manner. I would give Nic and First Tier my highest recommendation.

Nic is a great guy! He put in a full system in our house in a very quick and timely manner. Great and fair price as well.

Did a great job helping us through the process of fixing our ductless system. We had less common issues our system ran into and Nick made sure he followed up to make sure our system was fixed before moving on. He charged a fair price and now we have AC again to finish up summer!
