1 Smart Build

As a single mom I am always trying to find the best for me and my children, especially at this uncertain times. My 1960s home was in great need of repairs and upgrades, so I called about 10 different construction company to see how can help me achieve my needs. 1 Smart Build was a company that had great reviews, so I called in and from the first call, everything was super impressive, they got an amazing crew and Isaac the manager was super professional and attentive to all of my house needs. They have done almost everything that I needed in my budget and more. I could not thank them enough for the work, but there advantage is the outstanding customer service. Yes it is not cheap to remodel, but I prefer to give my money to people that actually care about me and my family. Thank you guys for everything, you guys are the best.

Sounds corny but it is true â When you deal with "1 Smart Build", you are treated like family, probably better in many cases. they helped me design my kitchen, the current one being original to my 40-year-old house. It has a new floor and I painted everything a while back but the rest needs to be gutted and brought up to code. Itâ s my last major project and I have been putting it off since basically I only use the microwave. Iâ ve had the new stove for a year and use it to store crackers and chips. So, not a rush job by any means. They are very patient people and never made me feel indecisive despite the fact that I am. I doubt there are many firms in the entire country that are genial and comfortable and just plain nice. Also, they explain everything in as much or as little detail as you want and all those details are laid out in an organized and thorough fashion. Everyone there is super professional. They are a treasure. Thank you 1 Smart Build stuff!

Where do I start? Let me just say I had a vision in mind for my entire back and front yard. It all came to life! The whole process form start to finish was such a pleasure. Moshe and his crews were outstanding! They wanted to make sure I was happy every step of the way, which I was. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all my projects inside and outside of my home. They will be remodeling my kitchen next. Listing a few below that I remember: Tom ad a lot of running around for us the demo crew did the important first step Jose crew is the most hard working and dedicated crew we have seen experts in their area. and the plumbing crew paid attention to detail the cabinet installers amazing cabinetry Bob and his crew helped complete probably the most irritating part of the job so happy i chose 1 smart build !!! very very very recommended!!

I could not be happier! They tackled my old kitchen, turning into a haven in just 4 weeks! The project coordinator) was always on point with timing and answering my daily questions. The workers always showed up on time and accommodated my constant requests for changes. I honestly enjoyed doing this project with 1 smart build and would definitely recommend them to others. the crew is friendly , worked quick and clean! The price was fair and i got my dream kitchen in 4 weeks !!Thank you Thank you 1 smart build!
