"Our crew had car troubles the day of installation. We agreed on a new day w/ client. We didn't charge extra for a plumber, we actually picked up most of the cost as a courtesy because of the rescheduling. Two days later client called, gasket on disposal was leaking, he purchased the gasket, our crew went out to fix it, it was the wrong one. We offered to return once correct one was purchased."
