best carpet cleaning ever!!!

Cleaning was for a rental home. Tenant said they did an okay job. Professional though, & reasonably priced.

When I spoke with 1 Team Clean on the phone, they quoted $150 for the work I needed done. I made the appointment for their service for 1:00 PM. They advised that there would be a two hour drying time for the carpets after they completed their cleaning. The crew actually arrived a half hour early at 12:30.....no harm, no foul. When they finished their work they presented a bill for $250. When I objected to this amount, the charge was reduced to the $150 I had originally been quoted. On the morning of the next day, I discovered that the carpets were still wet. Using my wet or dry vacuum, I extracted two full buckets of some of the dirtiest water I had ever seen...from carpets that were supposed to be clean and should be dry in two hours or so. It is now two DAYS since the carpets were cleaned, and there are still some damp spots. If you are thinking of using 1 Team Clean for your carpets, think twice. To be fair, their upholstery cleaning was OK.

The team determined that a once over wasn't enough so they broke out the scrubber and went above and beyond to make it look like I never lived for the past 1 and a half years. Awesome people!
