I had a great experience with 1-Tom-Plumber. Axel showed up exactly when he said he would and explained everything very thoroughly before he began. He was very professional and had my plumbing issues fixed in 30 minutes. I will definitely this company again and highly recommend them.

Everyone was awsome. Especially Joe,Jared and Ben.....there were other but I don't know their names. They had to dig up and replace our sewer system. On time, explained everything and answered all questions. They will always be our go to plumber. THANKS EVERYONE!

Unbelievably quick service from arrival time to task completion (9:30 pm - 9:45 pm). Jared Magda struck the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness while assessing why my sump pump wasnâ t working, fixing it, educating me on how it works, and leaving the scene safe and tidy. I would absolutely contact this company for future help. Upset with myself for contacting a different company earlier in the day when it wasnâ t an emergency situation only to have them bail on me late at night leaving me with a more expensive repair than necessary, but the job had to be done and Iâ m happy with the outcome!

PLUMBERS with HONESTY & INTEGRITY: After getting put through the ringer with one of their competitors, I was referred to 1-Tom-Plumber by a friend who stated that everyone I worked with there has been transparent, given me the best price and done the best work. Ryan, came out quickly to help us in an emergency, clearly articulated the problem and said this is what needs to be done. Ryan stated that what we had previously been quoted was actually on city property and therefore we shouldn't be paying for it and in fact our sewer line was just fine. He didn't try to upsell us naive first-time homeowners, he treated us like family. I would use Ryan and 1-Tom-Plumber for ANY of my plumbing needs moving forward as I know I will get an honest, fair price and the work will be done right. I will recommend them to ALL MY FRIENDS.

Ben arrived at my house in less than an hour after I called, on a Sunday morning. We had water all over the kitchen floor that had leaked down to the basement. New carpet was saturated with water. Ben explained what he was going to do, was professional and very courteous. He was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend this company. And Ben was awesome, he represents your company extremely well.

I am SO THANKFUL for 1-Tom-Plumber. My fiancé and I are getting married next week and our basement flooded over 6-inches with this past rain storm. This was the worst timing but we are so thankful for 1-Tom. We reached out to multiple plumbers and 1-Tom gave us the best quote with the best customer service. Our experience was amazing. Austin, the plumber technician, was super polite, knowledgeable, and professional. We ran into a clogged basement drain and they were able to come out at 11:30pm and knockout the job within an hour! Austin answered all of my questions and I learned a lot as well. Being a supporter of small businesses, I am definitely adding this one to my list as my go-to plumbing service and you should too! Referring as many people as I can!

The entire team (Joe, Blake, Cody, Shawn) was professional and knowledgeable. Two-day project clearing tree root debris from underground drain pipes. They quickly found the issues, cleared debris and repaired pipes at a lower cost than others.

Next day response at a reasonable price. Follow up call was charged a trip charge only even though it was partly due to our actions. Very fair treatment of customers. Explaimed well how to avoid future problems.

I reached out to this company to clear a main line blockage on a Sunday. I was aware of the emergency hours trip fee and up front cost to clear the blockage when scheduling. When they came they started with a camera to assess and they discovered that their was a breakage in the clay pipe. They said they would not feel comfortable even attempting to clear the line and the larger scope to replace the broken pipe due to its location was too large of a project for them to take on. I was still charged the full price to clear the line despite no attempt to clear the line. I completely understand the charge paid for it being an emergency trip but suppose I am used to larger companies who do not charge/charge this much to just assess the situation. I spoke to the owner to consider a refund or discount on the clearing charge but none was given.
