One Way Plumbing Heating & Cooling

Very friendly and efficient. Gave me an estimate and what was going to be done. I am pleased with the job that was completed.

I was in an emergency situation and needed assistance right away. The gentleman arrived quickly and was ready to work. The service was very professional, and he explained the work he completed for me in detail. I would not hesitate to use One Way services again.

Ive been using this company for years, they’ve always been professional, honest, & dependable. recently our A/C stopped working, he was extremely dedicated to figuring out exactly what was wrong and getting it fixed so my family could have air conditioning again. He didnt just rush through the job he took the time to properly diagnose the problem & make sure everything was working the way it should. He also discovered several gas leaks in our basement that we weren’t aware of. He made sure the issue was addressed & replaced all of our gas lines, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing our home & family were safe. I also used this company for a major plumbing job that involved repairing pipes underneath our house & once again the work was handled correctly. Its hard to find a company you can truly trust, especially when it comes to plumbing, HVAC, and gas work. I used them for years I can confidently say they’re honest, knowledgeable, committed to getting the job done correctly!!

Mustafa and his crew were professional, prompt, honest, and did a fantastic job. I will definitely hire them again. Highly recommended!

Very honest and professional.

He was efficient and knowledgeable

Mustafa provided exceptional professionalism and informative service when installing a new furnace and air conditioning unit. I highly recommend these services to anyone in need.

Exceptional 5-star service! The plumber arrived right on time, was extremely polite, and diagnosed the issue immediately. They explained everything clearly before starting, worked efficiently, and left the work area completely spotless. It’s rare to find this combination of quality craftsmanship, honesty, and fair pricing. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Very professional respectful and got the job done on a timely note

Thomas is very personable, professional reliable, punctual and respectful, He was able to fix the problems with my kitchen sink and bathroom toilet. He takes pride in his work, in maintaining the space he uses and cleans up after which for me this seemed to often be an issue. I am so glad to have found a plumber that I trust and who makes me feel like a priority.. Thank-you Thomas!
