"This one was a small job 150 sq/ft we remove the carpet a no cost and the floor was pine wich was stained with water stain or water damage the owner saw the damage and he told me to go ahead and do it later on she call me telling me that she was not happy but it was with the floor not with the job and she told me if i can replace the damage boards and i told her ye for xtra $100.00 xtra coat and replace the wood very cheap I did get the boards as special request on the mill but when we went to the house the boards were little bit smaller and i told him that if he get some boards at home depot we can cut them we the perfect size"
