The explanations and advice given before the project began were extremely helpful and very sensitive to our situation and information needs. The installation itself was completed on time and efficiently. The aesthetic outcome is excellent, as advertised. A final tour with the project manager ensured that our questions were answered at the last minute and all necessary clarifications were made clear. In summary, the two most outstanding features of this project were 1) the knowledge and responsiveness of the management staff, and 2) the timeliness and efficiency of the actual installation.
