called 1 carpet out to give us a estimate they came the same day and gave us a whole selection of flooring to pick out answered all our questions, We went with there services i have to say very pleased the installation went well Will definitely use them again thank you

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! They also do business as 1 carpet and floors. I hired them to install carpet and padding. John Presley came to my house to give me a quote on installing carpet that I was going to purchase from a supplier in Dalton GA. He told me he could get the carpet at about a better price. I had chosen Dreamweaver Heavenly 60oz and we selected a tentative install date based on availability of the carpet. I didn’t hear anything from John after initial meeting, so I became concerned. I called him twice to confirm the install date and the carpet, I specifically asked him if I was getting the Dreamweaver Heavenly 60 oz, he said yes and confirmed install date. I had to call him the day before to make sure they were coming because again he did not call to confirm. So, he shows up with one guy. The one guy doesn’t speak very much English, John Leaves this guy by himself to move furniture, rip up old carpet and install new pad. He does not finish, and I am told a full crew will be there tomorrow. We the next day John shows up with a carpet that is clearly not the carpet I selected. He has removed the label from the carpet wrapping and does not have an invoice to show me what carpet he picked up. So, I tell them I need to see the invoice that it is the Dreamweaver Heavenly. They end up leaving 1300lb roll of carpet in my garage while they go look for the paperwork. He calls me back to say I was mistaken to believe I ordered a specific carpet and that he was mistaken when he confirmed it on a phone call. (he records all of his phone calls, suspicious o know) John acknowledges the carpet is not heavenly and they offer a $600 discount to install the carpet in my garage. They have another subcontractor show up to install the carpet ( they do not speak English either). The begin to install the carpet, they are not power stretching the carpet, just knee kicking it in. I protest and they finally bring a power stretcher to house, but it is not really being used correctly. The installers finish at 12:30am. John hands me a form that says it’s for the warranty, but it is really just to cover his butt. I make him write the warranty for the carpet which he is now calling a PS-150 on the invoice. The next morning with better lighting I inspect the install. I see obvious seams and many areas that still need to be addressed. I texted him the pictures and he said he would send someone out. He now has not answered my texts for three days. So, save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs. If you decide to use them, I strongly urge you have them right the exact carpet on the invoice, pay with credit card and inspect everything being brought into your house.

It was good. The workers were efficient, got the job done quickly, and they were honest people.
