1 Roof did both of my neighbors’ homes and did an excellent job. The owner, Jen, personally came by twice to ensure all debris and nails were cleaned up—an impressive level of care. As an insurance agent and dog owner, I truly value that attention to safety and detail.

Mike and team did a great job on our roof. Some of my neighbors had used his services in the past and we were just as pleased as they were. We recently had our roof done and could not be happier with the experience. Thomas was informative, patient, and took time to answer every question I had throughout the entire process. The crew showed up early, worked hard all day (through the rain) and were very respectful and careful with my kids being outside in the yard.
What truly stood out to me was the level of care and pride this company takes in their work. The crew wasn’t able to stay late enough to finish the cleanup day two, so the owners personally came to clean our yard thoroughly. They go above and beyond.
Highly recommend this company if you want honest people, hard workers, and amazing customer service.

They showed up early with a crew of about 7 had the old roof off by 11am and the new shingles on by 6pm. A couple of hours the next morning for final clean up. I was really pleased and happy with the speed and amount of detail used to complete my new roof. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. VERY Professional and clean. Being in the construction industry myself I can say they are top notch outfit.

100% customer satisfaction. STOP SCROLLING! You have found your contractor. We had five estimates performed. At the end of the day 1-Roof was the clear choice. Veteran owned, highly experience, patient, and thorough. Moments after I submitted the claim 1-Roof basically took over. From meeting with the adjuster, through clean up following install, 1-Roof operates like a well machine. We are very grateful to Thomas and his team. Please consider 1-Roof your new contractor.

Had high hopes for the guys after reading the great reviews. They were very quick to respond and arrange to visit/quote, however the appointment was 3 weeks out due to their workload. Agreed a date and time and no one showed nor any call to explain/rearrange.

"Hi David, my name is Jennifer and I am one of the owners of 1 Roof LLC. I was recently reading our reviews and came across your's which really concerned me. The reason being that we work very hard not to let any potential customer down in any way. And I feel that, in this instance, we did somehow. It's important to me that you know that we did send a reminder text initially confirming the appointment date/time of 11/20/24 at 1:00. And on 11/20/24 our representative arrived at your residence between 12:30 and 12:40 (which, admittedly, was early) and proceeded to knock/ring your doorbell but with no response. He then called 3 times but got no answer. Suspecting you may have already had the work completed and no longer needed us, he left. I tried multiple times today to call you to speak in person, however, the only phone number we have is the Home Advisor extension which is no longer active. My aim in all this is to say whatever the reason we were unable to meet your needs and exceed your expectations, we are very sorry. And we would very much like to apologize verbally. So, if you have a few minutes to talk we would really appreciate you calling us at 904-679-3583 so we can do that. We are hopeful we will hear from you!"
