Ozzie had to repair a bad flashing job from another contractor. He did the job, but did not nail something down which caused major leaking in my house. He was paid for the flashing and putting a coat of kilz on the inside. To be fair, he said without sanding, the stain would bleed through and it did. But, after it began leaking to the point that I had buckets in my hallway and was trying not to damage my hardwood floors, it became his fault. He failed to properly install the flashing. He does not understand that my hallway and chimney look bad because of HIS mistake which caused a lot of leaking around the attic, on the ceiling, and bubbling on the chimney. He has made half attempts to repair it and now claims that I *only* paid him for the flashing. This is not true. He did come back and repair the flashing, which is not leaking thankfully! but refuses to give a refund for the damage (I do not want him to come back and continue to half-heartedly do something he does not want to do because it is HIS fault that the damage is this extensive). My chimney and hall are more damaged then they were before he repaired the problem. If he can feel *good* about taking money for a job knowing the foul-up is because he did not properly repair in the first place and consequently, there is significant water damage on the inside because of that foul up then ok, but not really. If there was an ounce of character, instead of arguing, he would simply refund the portion of the painting job and tell me to find someone to fix it which he will not do.

Ozzie and his son did a great job screening in our porch. The price was reasonable and the work was great quality. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves every day. Even checked in with us afterwards to see if everything was ok. Can t recommend them enough.

They didn't give an option for bedroom remodeling. But they did an awesome job. I couldn't be happier with the results.

The work done was professionally done and the job crew were very nice to deal with. I only had a picket fence installed but this crew can do many jobs involving basic carpentry and finish carpentry work. I will be using them again this summer and would recommend them to anyone

This guy recently remodeled my bathroom to include tile and plumbing. If he tells you he can remodel a bathroom don't let him in your house! He did a terrible job! It is now going to cost me what I paid him to correct the mess he made.

From my first conversation with Mr. Ozzie, I felt very comfortable and assured that he knew his job, loved what he does. My roof looks awesome as I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Not to mention that I live in Charleston as this is our second home. He is now gonna do some more home improvement for myself and my parents. Great job. If I could give him and his staff 10 stars I would.

Mr. Grubbs is very professional and does quality work. He made several recommendations about how best to design the crown molding which really worked out well. He also replaced a garbage disposal and several other jobs. All around handyman. P.S. e also cleans up the work space after completing his job!!!!
