I enjoyed working with Donald. We had a small misunderstanding in terms of installing the right timer. He immediately responded and sent his team back to correct the issue. Removed the installed timer and installed a new one for me. I appreciate how Donald handled the situation professionally and kept his word!

Once the workmen arrived, all seemed to go well. They were, however 1 1/2 hours late in arriving, and I was not able to reach the companys owner He did not answer phone, and VM was not working. One time when I was successful, he said that staff would be arriving in 15 min. They arrived 45 min. later. Very frustrating.

1st Call definitely lives up to their name. They were the first call I received when I inquired about a lawn sprinkler service and we set up an appointment right away. Mark and Otis did a great job, and we even had a visit from owner, Donald, who was very personable and knowledgeable. They explained everything so I knew exactly what was happening, and they didnt make me feel like I was asking too many questions. 1st Call got the job done for a great price and they will definitely be our first call for anything lawn/yard related!
