I have been frustrated by plumbing companies almost every single time that I've needed services over the past 20+ years (about 10 times). This particular job was a hopeless clog from our kitchen sink drain. I tried to snake it myself and discovered that the clog was more than 10 feet from the sink. Jesse came out very quickly and went to work. After about 10-20 minutes under the house, he came and explained in detail the problem and also the options. He was very low-key and non-pushy in every way. He returned later with some kind of Ghostbusters blaster tool and cleared the entire line. No problems since! We used him again to fix a leak with our water line about 4 months later and had the same, highly professional result. Both jobs cost less than other estimates.

Our home warranty suggested this company, so we called them and they came out to clear a clogged drain in our basement. The plumber got out of his van, left it running in the driveway, and came inside without even introducing himself. He walked around, scratched his head, tapped on a pipe or two with his finger, and then said he couldn't do anything about our pipe. He never even took out a tool to try to work on our pipes. He said he would contact our home warranty to see what it covered, and would call me back later that day or the next morning. He also said he would be willing to come back in a few days to unclog our drain. He never called or came back. I paid the service fee, and he said that they don not cash the check until the work is completed. That is a Lie, because they cashed the check and did not do any work. I would not recommend them at all.

Jesse called first thing in the morning and arrived earlier than expected, which is great when you have no water pressure in your house. He performed thorough testing and suggested I have someone check my water softener before he replaced any costly parts, then he didn't charge me for the visit. Thank you very much for honest, reliable work. I will definitely be using 1st Call Plumbing in the future.

I needed a disposal replacement. Tony went over the details, prices labor options. Gave very helpful information, Overall I was given a very fair price and work was completed in a short time. The advisor was knowledgeable and courteous.

I had two minor fixes for two different tubs. The plumber was very nice to talk to but did nothing to correct the tub diverter so it could be changed from shower to tub as well as not fixing the drain. The tub in the master bath has a push down stopper that no longer worked so he bought the top and screwed it on. He pushed it down and the water showed that it would fill. I was unable to use the tub because of a fall that damaged my knee. This Saturday I pushed down the drain only to see it didn't work. The bad part was he charged me $50 and what wasn't working, is still no longer working. Sally R. in Maryville

This company does not fix the problem and when I tried to call to get an update i left multiple messages and emails...2 days later NO RESPONSE...very unprofessional.

Jessie came out and was very professional and courteous. I explained what my problem was, he looked around and checked and gave me a reasonable estimate. He finished the work in a timely manner and was professional throughout. I'd recommend for anyone looking for a plumber.

this project was for a "simple" faucet replacement. the rason i hired a pro was because there are no shutoff valves to the faucet in this 60 year old bathroom. glad i did, it took him almost 3 hours to do what would take a short time in a modern home. they were very prompt in contacting me to set up an appointment, quoted me a price and stuck to that price even though it was a time consuming project. they also showed up when they said they would which is not a given in the construction business.

Jesse was very prompt and when he came he also put on foot booties before entering the house. That was very nice since it had been raining. We thought we had a pipe problem behind the wall or under the floor since we had water damage to the floor below from the washing machine. He also covered the areas he was working around with drop cloths. We got the problem solved and we would recommend him and will call if we need other plumbing problems.

Technician was very courteous and completed the work with ease and experience.

It took a longer time to get out to our home but the 4th July holiday was in between the time of having 1st Plumbing Services available. Once they arrived, it was a pleasure to see the expert show up. Tony Taylor has provided his great expertise previously and this guy is an asset to the company. He is very knowledgeable, hard working and a very honest employee.
