Friendly straightforward very communicative about what they did to resolve my problem with the dryer vent. Iâ m very happy with the work that is I will likely have them come back next year. This was an excellent experience from the start. I requested a quote through Angi, and was immediately contacted and given a very reasonable quote. I needed ALL of my air ducts cleaned, as well as my dryer vent. I was given an appt for the very next day, and the techs arrived on time and ready to get going. The two gentlemen were professional, polite, obviously experienced, and tolerated my dog's "help". I was especially thrilled that they asked me about scents, as I'm allergic to just about everything floral. Vinegar was the perfect option for me. Before-and-after pictures of the ducts were taken, but I chose not to view them--I'm sure the before pics would have given me nightmares! Once all of the ducts were taken care of, the techs vacuumed up any stray dust, which wasn't much, as they had inserted foam into all of the open ducts not yet being attended to. An extra plus: No surcharge for using plastic. I hate when companies do that! I did tip the techs with cash, though, because they deserved it. Highly recommended.
