1st Choice Electronics

TV was only partially diagnosed correctly and as a result, as of today Jan 3, 2011, (over 3 mos. later) it is still not repaired. Last part to be installed was sent to Isaac from factory on 12/1/10, and he says it was sent to his old address and he doesn't know where it is now. For some time during December he would not answer or return my calls to him. After contacting him on 1/1/11 and leaving a message, he has not responded. I now have to start over and the cost will be around $215---a power board plus the core charge for the old which I already sent back to the factory. That is assuming that is all the TV really needs.

Nice guy but misdiagnosed the problem cost me $150.00 now won't return emails.

Isaac, thanks for the great work on my Samsung LED DLP - you were great to work with on getting this set fixed. Thanks!

Isaac called me promptly once I submitted my request through Service Magic. He was polite and professional. I had already researched what was wrong with my TV before I called for help. This allowed me some comfort knowing I wasn't going to be easily taken down the "service road of hell". After explaining what the TV was doing Isaac stepped up right away and told me exactly what I already knew was the problem/solution and also told me what I already knew to be a fair price. He didn't play any of the standard service repair games. He had to order the parts but after he made the repairs it has been working great ever since.

Isaac was nice and offered to help with my older Samsung Slimfit set.He did miss the appointment time without calling, a personal pet peeve of mine, but took care of business once he did arrive.The calibration did help the display properties of the TV, and I would call him again if I needed further help.
