Lawrence was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done & was able to fix the door in a short amount of time. Very professionally. Explained what he did & I was very grateful for that.

Quick and responsive to calls and texts. Did what they said they were going to do. It's what they didn't say that didn't set well. First they wanted me to buy an opener and have it for them to install, so I did that. Weird, but okay. Secondly, I let them know that I may not be at the house on the day they said they could install and I may have to leave them a key because I live out of town. "No problem" she said! Called the day before the install to confirm that I wouldn't be there and would leave a key. "No problem" She said. Followed up the day of and let them know where to find the key. First question? Where do I meet you to get paid?! Went back and forth and even offered EFT to her account. Invoice me and I will mail a check!? Nope, had to have it same day. NEVER mentioned that prior to my following up with them. Ended up paying a 10% processing fee to pay by card over the phone. They expect payment at time of service but don't mention that up front. Have a way to pay them. Cash or check or it will cost you. Her lack of communication cost ME 10%. Not a good way to do business.

Lawrence was very friendly and professional. He was also very knowledgeable and patient. I plan on using him again.

The project was more time consuming than expected but they stayed with the origianal price. They did an excellent job. We were also pleased to find out they offer other contractor services.
